Time between jobs

So, I’ve been informed that my services won’t be needed after this Friday, but I’ll continue on payroll through the end of my notice period.  This plus the extra week between jobs means I have an unexpected two weeks of vacation coming up, starting at the end of this week!  I’m considering what to do with the extra time.

One obvious option is to get off the trainer for some of the weekday exercises and go out and RIDE.  That would be nice.  I’m also planning to study UI design, since it’s about the only thing I know for sure I’ll need to know about for the new job, and it sounds really interesting.  I will undoubtedly do a few studies in weaving as well.  What to do with the other waking hours I’m not sure yet.  (Mike suggests relaxing.  I’ve heard of the concept. 😉 )
