I actually WON a developer’s contest yesterday!! The challenge was to create the best prototype using Flex 2 (a new development/prototyping tool that we’ve adopted), and I beat out the other two entries! This is amazing since I am SO not a programmer – I’m very, very pleased with myself today. Flex 2 is an AWESOME tool and enabled me to build a very cool prototype very quickly, with minimal knowledge of ActionScript 3. I even added a little bit of Flash bling using Flash CS3!
Anyway, I wish I could share my work of genius with you (okay, it’s not all that technically complicated, but it LOOKS cool), but it has to do with some secret stuff my company’s doing, so it has to stay under wraps for now. But I now get dinner for four at a nice restaurant in San Francisco. Wahoo!!
