Oh, congratulations on being new home owners! I recall when I signed the papers so that I bought this house. Part of me was worried that at the last moment the sellers would change their minds, but they didn’t and it was mine! In my case, it was an 1886 adobe Victorian that turned out to be a do-it-yourself house kit without parts or instructions. I have loved learning how to do things I didn’t know how to do and doing everything (except a new water line in, a new sewer line out and a new roof) myself!

It’s a wonderful thing you have done! The best of luck with everything–not that you need luck but having it is not to be sneezed at!

Congrats! Now run out and get better locks on your doors than that key suggests are currently installed.

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

There’s that wonderful feeling when you want to paint, or remodel, and you don’t have to ask anyone’s permission!

Congratulations! So glad you were able to find a place and close the deal. 🙂 My fiancé and I are about to close on a home as well.
