The photo says it all! On Day 4 we crossed the halfway point to Los Angeles – I passed a sign on the freeway saying “Los Angeles – 233 miles”. Of course we don’t ride on the freeway, but it was an encouraging sight nonetheless.
I rode in a lovely Elizabethan period tutu.
Day Four marks the halfway point, the line between Northern and Southern California. It also contains the “Evil Twins”, a pair of relatively steep hills right at the halfway point.
Today's tutu, dahhhling, is an Elizabethan gown cut dashingly above the knee and fluffed out with a gold under-tutu.
