I found a post on how to make your own chocolate transfer sheets. I had been thinking about doing this for some time, figuring that if chocolate transfer sheets were just colored cocoa butter printed onto acetate sheets, well, hell, I’ve made silkscreens in my time…er, the last one was about fifteen years ago, but I know how the process works. And lo and behold, here it is!
I think I’m going to order some supplies from Dick Blick and play around with this. If I can get the Weavolution logo in two colors, that might just be sufficient. Of course, I might just have to render the AIDS Lifecycle logo in two-color charm as well. And then there’s the possibility of…

In other news, the live-weight tensioning mechanism worked! so I am going to amp up the weights to 2 25-lb weights tonight and see if that fixes my sticking problem. If so, I’m going to do me some weaving!
